Client: A global manufacturer’s sales office has a need to create seasoned future leaders with the skills for today’s marketplace.

 

Need: A leadership development program that would give high potential middle managers access to real world problems of their senior leaders in preparation for their eventual succession to similar responsibilities.

 

Solution:
Designed and facilitated an 8 month program consisting of the following:

  • Current business issues that management needed to address to meet financial goals and reframed as a project.
  • Action learning workshops focused on skill development and identification of best practices.
  • Team coaching sessions to provide participants with an opportunity to ameliorate their decision-making prowess.
  • Individual participant coaching on development plans focused on skill deficiencies identified via 360 Review.
  • Forum where the future leaders presented and discussed their solutions to the problems identified by the senior leaders, who gave them feedback on the creativity, practicality and effectiveness of their solutions.
